How a website design and development project goes

6 stages, from the first conversation to the finished work. You always know which one we're in.

  1. Research and Planning

    We listen to you to evaluate your business needs and goals to come up with a feasible plan for the solution. Our plan will be determining the structure, confidential formalities, cost approval and overall aesthetic of your website.

  2. Design and Implementation

    We incorporate a unique design to your website and implement the features and functionality we planned on. In this process, we conduct revision rounds to make sure your website runs according to your expectations. We create a UI wireframe to make sure all elements such as tags and headers are rightly placed according to your business requirements.

  3. Development

    Once the design demo is finalized and you are satisfied with it, our dedicated team of web developers will convert the design into functions utilizing innovative methodologies.

  4. Quality Approval

    After completion of designing and development, your project is then sent to our quality control team who check elements like multiple browser compatibility, the functionality of forms and scripts, and device responsiveness using Bootstrap friendly frameworks.

  5. Testing

    We will test your website and monitor its performance and make suitable adjustments as per your needs to ensure a smoothly running website.

  6. Delivery

    Changes to the website will be published according to the needs and the website will go live.

Can I pay monthly instead of all at once?

Yes. Most websites come either on a 12-month plan with no setup fee, or for a one-off price. On the plan, hosting and care are included for the 12 months.

Who owns the website?

You do. On a monthly plan the site is yours after month 12. If you're not happy after 90 days, you can leave and keep your website by paying its one-off price minus what you've already paid.

Will a new site hurt my Google rankings?

Not if the move is done properly. We redirect every old address to its new page, so visitors and Google find what they had before. We've done this on 20+ platform moves, including a 15-month rebuild of a major US public healthcare network's website with its rankings kept.

Who looks after the site once it's live?

We do, on a care plan: hosting, updates, backups, security and uptime monitoring, with an hour or more of changes each month on the larger plans.

What does a website cost?

A 5-page site is $199 a month on a 12-month plan, or $1,999 paid once. Larger sites and stores are quoted after a short call.
